Danny Schmidt is a senior manager in the assurance practice and a health care senior analyst for RSM US LLP. As a member of the Industry Eminence program, Danny works alongside the firm’s chief economist and his fellow senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends affecting middle market businesses.
Danny has over 11 years of experience bringing value to organizations in the health care ecosystem. His experience in serving clients ranges from private equity-backed health care facilities and health tech companies to managed care organizations and nonprofit and government-run health care systems.
Danny has an unrivaled passion for serving the health care ecosystem and brings a deep understanding of the industry’s complexities while delivering thoughtful solutions to his clients. While engaged with clients, he is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of service, including collaborating with teams to develop tailored strategies to ensure clients receive an exceptional overall client experience.
In addition to serving clients, Danny has led national health care continuing professional education events and enterprise growth and innovation initiatives for RSM. He also plays a key role in recruiting and retention to enhance the overall talent experience for the firm.
