RSM’s Elevate program is a year-long leadership experience for high-achieving second-year accounting students with demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, and campus or community involvement. It kicks off with a three-day, in-person conference that introduces you to RSM’s culture, clients and career paths while developing your professional and interpersonal skills. Following the conference, you will take part in hands-on learning to help you build your network while strengthening your business acumen, critical thinking and communication skills so you can confidently step into your RSM internship ready to make an impact.
