RSM was named the number one company for EFY’s “Top Employer of Young Professionals (Under-35) for Tech Companies in Central America” and ranked second for “Best Companies for Young Professionals (Under-35) in El Salvador.”

Top employer of young professionals for tech companies in Central America
This year, RSM US SV, LTDA. DE C.V. was recognized as the top tech employer in Central America for employees under the age of 35 among technology companies across El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
To be considered for the EFY awards, professionals under 35 had to respond to a survey about their company.

Top two employer for young professionals in El Salvador
For the second year in a row, RSM US SV, LTDA. DE C.V. was recognized as a top employer for professionals under the age of 35 in El Salvador. RSM moved up in the rankings to second place in 2023 from third place in 2022. This recognition measures employees’ perceptions of various aspects of the organization from wellness to leadership, and diversity to benefits.
These recognitions are evidence of the outstanding talent experience that RSM has cultivated for young professionals. The El Salvador office started in 2012 with five employees and has continued to grow to more than 180 employees today.
