2024 Innovation Challenge champion: Talent transcending borders

An example of this is the RSM Innovation Challenge, an annual competition that empowers teams of colleagues to create and harness solutions to address pressing business challenges.

The champion of this year’s 2024 Innovation Challenge is team Global Talent Alignment Platform (G-TAP) from El Salvador. Demonstrating that talent can transcend borders, the G-TAP team proposed an AI-driven platform designed to align the skills and experience of RSM employees. This innovative approach aims to transform global talent allocation and enhance the client experience. 

This annual competition empowers RSM teams to create and harness solutions to address pressing business challenges. Over 500 RSM employees participated in this year’s Innovation Challenge as team members, coaches, judges or sponsors and worked on 132 innovative submissions from the U.S., Canada, India and El Salvador.

The winning G-TAP team members include Gilberto Alas, Fatima Castro, Cristobal Garcia, Hilsia Hernandez, Ivan Marroquin, Luis Mazariego, Carmen Martinez, Evelyn Ortez and Luiz Quezada.
