Shannel is the national leader of African American and Canadian Excellence (AACE), RSM’s employee network group that enhances and nurtures an environment that supports RSM’s African American and Black professionals in their pursuit of professional excellence. With a passion for workplace culture, client engagement and organizational growth, Shannel believes that RSM’s diversity and inclusion efforts foster a culture that attracts and develops the diverse talent that is vital for RSM to serve its clients.
Shannel is also a member of STAR, RSM’s employee network group for women.

Shannel is the leader for RSM’s insurance management consulting practice. With more than 20 years of industry-leading global experience in operations and a deep consulting background, she has multifaceted experience in technology and insurance with a proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to realize exceptional financial results.
Shannel has a track record of successfully delivering large, complex programs on time and within budget and extensive experience in program transformation, process improvement, program management, digital strategy and customer experience, product development, and change management.
