Peter is an audit senior manager in RSM US LLP’s New York Office, servicing closely held and private equity owned consumer product and food and beverage companies. With more than 12 years of accounting and audit experience, he has in-depth knowledge dealing with issues that affect the consumer product industry, including revenue recognition, stock option and warrant accounting, and acquisition accounting.
Peter has extensive experience in areas of planning, organizing and supervising of audit engagements, reviewing and documenting clients’ systems of internal controls and accounting procedures, generating and presenting letters of recommendation to management and their audit committees, and preparing and reviewing financial statements and specialized industry requirements.
Peter is an active participant on the RSM consumer products team and has used his consumer products and financial expertise to help clients address emerging accounting issues and to develop and deliver internal and external webcasts geared toward consumer products clients and prospects.
