Increasing understanding and pressing for change


This year, we have seen racial injustices brought to light in many of our communities. RSM and the PGA TOUR are both working to increase understanding of the impacts of racism and take steps to bring about change.To provide insights on these important efforts, RSM managing partner Joe Adams and RSM Partner Shannel Clubb joined PGA TOUR Commissioner Jay Monahan, PGA TOUR professional Cameron Champ and Damon Hack of Golf Channel and NBC for a CEO Courageous Conversation.This hour-long conversation was shared internally to inspire and bring awareness to all RSM employees across the U.S. and Canada.
