The Manufacturing and Distribution Essentials app is designed to streamline processes from inventory production through shipment. With enhanced label printing and reservation/outbound load planning, this platform helps solve common hurdles for manufacturers.

This accelerator allows configuring dynamic label documents generated throughout the inventory lifecycle and sent to a third-party label application. Users can assign the printer, generate item-specific labels, create pallet vs. carton labels and customize the fields included on the label—without additional development.

The Advanced Production Floor Execution accelerator consolidates information throughout the production process, allowing for streamlined simplicity. Production team members can view job instructions, item specifications and quality information—on the same form when executing jobs.

To maintain Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) compliance, Refrigerant Tracking provides technicians with a place to monitor refrigerant movement from container to container, whether it’s added, transferred, recovered or leaked. By tying back to a customer asset, Refrigerant Tracking allows technicians to see historical leak rates while also providing technicians a place to monitor which refrigerant tanks are in their possession and any additional recovery tanks provided by the customer.

Supply Chain Planning allows users to manage procurement strategies by evaluating make-versus-buy scenarios and calculating days of supply using a flexible safety stock methodology. This functionality allows users to change planned output based on factors such as least cost or shortest lead time, as well as calculate cost and lead times for each option, allowing changes from production to purchase. 

Inventory Trace and Hold provides a versatile, easy-to-use platform for tracking inventory operations. Entire lots can be put on hold and automatically moved to a designated hold location, providing the ability to trace inventory lots and serial numbers. Both downstream and upstream activities throughout the system can be found and relayed.

​​​The Safety Data Sheet accelerator creates industry-required documents detailing a chemical product’s physical data and potential hazards, handling and required safety precautions. Multiple safety data sheet templates can be created and utilized to generate mandatory product reports.​

The OCR accelerator integrates with Xtracta's cloud-based OCR engine to automatically convert AP data in scanned images into text for processing in D365. The cloud-based OCR engine is powered by artificial​ intelligence, eliminating the need for manual template setup. Historical data images are stored in D365 with transactional metadata and are searchable from within D365 and SharePoint.
