He has worked extensively on calculations related to sections 704(c), 704(b), 743(b) and 734(b); tax basis; section 752; and tax receivable agreements. He began his career at Big Four firms, where he helped integrate advanced applications and automation into compliance and consulting processes—experience that shaped his focus on scalable, operationally sound solutions.
