Steve Ems has more than two decades of experience as a principal with RSM US LLP. Prior to 2020, he was the national capability leader for RSM's business applications practice, representing over 700 professionals. He continues to help direct strategy, vision and client service delivery models for Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and Intacct.
As a member of the firm’s consulting executive leadership team, Steve is responsible for internal mergers and acquisitions activities that support the overall growth strategy for consulting. He is also the Northeast consulting leader for various service lines. In addition to carrying out management responsibilities, Steve consults with clients in the areas of technology planning, application software selection, large-scale enterprise resource planning implementations and customer relationship management deployments. He has experience across several industries, including manufacturing, distribution, financial services, health care, education and the public sector.
