Shereen Agbebaku is a process improvement global account director for RSM US LLP, specializing in global compliance and reporting services for U.S.-based companies that operate globally.
Shereen joined RSM in 2011 and is responsible for leading several large and complex global compliance engagements. She helps global companies that are headquartered in the United States manage their compliance in a centralized model while mitigating risk. The services include financial accounting and outsourcing, statutory audits, and direct and indirect tax compliance. Her team handles issue resolution matters as well as implements communication protocols, project tracking mechanisms and efficiency-generating strategies. Shereen has more than 10 years of experience leading global teams for several U.S.-based companies with a specialization in the telecommunications industry.
Internally, Shereen leads the Multicultural employee network group for RSM, providing a space for employees to engage in conversational language programs and discussions around culture and diversity. She was responsible for helping develop and present the “Around the World with RSM” national course to highlight cultural considerations and is actively engaged in developing strategies toward the recruitment, retention and advancement of multicultural employees.
