For six years, Sean has played a pivotal role in shaping national programs for RSM’s Multicultural employee network group (ENG). His extensive experience in learning and professional development contributed to the creation of the Conversational Language Program. This collaborative initiative with the InspirAsian and ¡HOLA! ENGs supports professionals in refining their language skills for business-centric conversations. Additionally, Sean worked with the Multicultural ENG to create the PodClub, a global podcast engaging key stakeholders in cross-cultural endeavors.

Sean’s career journey began as a broadcast journalist, igniting his passion for connecting with people and sharing their stories. After earning an accounting degree, Sean joined RSM, serving as an auditor for seven years. His path led him to explore the learning and professional development field as a global business partner manager.

Serving as a guiding force within the Multicultural ENG, Sean ardently unites colleagues from India, the United States, Canada and El Salvador. He champions employee development and engagement and emphasizes the importance of cross-cultural teams in delivering effective global client service.
