Sawan Dhaliwal is a director at RSM Canada and leads the government and public sector industry for RSM Canada nationally. Throughout his career, Sawan has provided consulting services for a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, renewables, mining, manufacturing, retail, financial services and non-profit, and he has a keen interest in and deep knowledge of the public sector.
As a digital strategist, Sawan helps his clients embed technology into their operations and service delivery, specifically identifying where there are opportunities to save costs and deliver enhanced value, and then developing step-by-step road maps that consider investments needed in people, processes and technology to achieve the identified return on investment. He then assists his clients through the necessary recruiting, process enhancement, procurement and implementation activities to achieve the desired outcomes.
