Ryan’s consulting responsibilities have included project management, requirements gathering, functional specifications, reporting and Power BI, business process reviews, documentation, recommendations, and end-user training. He has also served in a project support analyst role, performing issue identification, troubleshooting, remediation and resolution. He previously served as a system administrator for an RSM client, and brings a client-centric approach to user adoption, training and reporting.
Ryan maintains a strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations applications. He also has extensive experience with the core platform, including system configuration and administration, and is a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect Expert.
