Ricky is a tristate and TMT M&A leader at RSM. In this role, he drives strategy and go-to-market execution and addresses the complex needs of TMT and tristate clients.
Ricky led the development of onboarding and level-based training programs for the entire M&A practice. Since 2022, he has also led the M&A team’s inclusion efforts and is on the steering committee for the consulting inclusion team.
From 2018 to 2022, Ricky helped drive the tristate M&A recruiting and people strategy, leading over 200 interviews, and since 2023, he has been driving the tristate M&A team’s growth initiatives for private equity, corporate and investment banks.
Ricky’s extensive tenure at RSM enables him to leverage the right resources for each engagement. He takes a personalized approach with each client, striving to understand the overall transaction thesis to bring the full power of the firm and its solutions to enhance business operations post-close.
Ricky has played a pivotal role in the growth of the TMT practice and tristate market, participating in over 300 M&A transactions throughout his career.
