Patty brings more than 20 years of client service and industry perspective to co-lead FamilySight, RSM’s proprietary, cloud-based technology platform built specifically to centralize and manage data for family offices. Her passion for technology, coupled with valuable client experience, has helped inform the design, development, and implementation of this cutting-edge technology.

In addition to her FamilySight responsibilities, Patty designs and implements business and technology strategies, as well as plans procedures that drive efficiencies for the family office enterprise practice. She further collaborates on proposal opportunities across tax, audit, and consulting lines of business to help drive wins in the marketplace.

Patty is passionate about helping family units to work seamlessly with their advisors and their data. She takes great pride in delivering the power of being understood to her clients, thus enabling them to make informed decisions on their path to excellence.

Prior to joining RSM US LLP, Patty spent 17 years in the Big Four serving multigenerational family offices, high-net-worth individuals, private companies, and their business owners. She also spent a number of years working directly within a family office where she helped develop policies and procedures and establish governance and technological infrastructure.

Patty’s career experience includes all areas of strategic advising, planning, and compliance within tax, gift and estate planning, trusts, charitable entities, and closely held businesses. Patty has also directed innovation projects to modernize tax platforms, refine operational processes and enhance the client experience.
