Meredith brings more than 24 years of experience servicing ultrahigh net worth families to her role as leader of RSM’s financial intermediary relationships. In her role, Meredith takes an enterprise approach to working alongside financial institutions to build a standardized process across multiple geographies to deliver a consistent experience. She leads the execution of tax compliance engagements with financial intermediaries and serves as a centralized point for the relationship. Meredith helps nurture this strategic ecosystem of centers of influence by bringing structure and accountability to the firm’s interactions from an enterprise perspective.
Meredith’s career has centered on working with wealthy families, so she understands their diverse, complex and constantly evolving needs. Her primary skill set is in tax matters related to tax planning for family wealth preservation, wealth transfers, charitable transfers, closely held enterprises and tax compliance for multigenerational families. She is skilled at active listening to better understand client needs and at finding synergies on how RSM can complement those needs in a holistic and seamless manner. Prior to joining RSM, Meredith served ultrahigh net worth families in a Big Four firm.
