Mary Theo serves as senior director and human resources leader of the firm’s Professional Services+ practice.
Mary Theo has been with RSM US LLP for over 20 years. She started as a human resources (HR) director in Boston and then transitioned to the regional office services leader for the Northeast and Southeast regions. She has been with the firm’s Professional Services+ practice (formerly RSM Alliance), since 2018.
Before joining RSM, Mary held positions at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers in addition to marketing and legal organizations. She has a broad HR background including HR consulting. Mary’s greatest passion is building and strengthening relationships with clients and she is driven to provide outstanding service. Mary has a strong background in HR training and soft skills training, and has an exceptional understanding of how HR structures can be set up for operational success.
Mary is also the leader of RSM’s Autism Awareness & Acceptance Committee for the United States and Canada and has worked with individuals across the firm to focus on neurodiverse hires in the workplace.
