Justin Stallard is a tax partner and member of RSM’s private company leadership team. He has more than 25 years of experience advising middle market businesses and their owners in the manufacturing and distribution, consumer products and business and professional services industries.
Justin primarily serves privately held companies, including clients with international operations. He focuses on relevant industry issues that affect private companies, bringing tax and non-tax strategies to help clients capitalize on opportunities and address their most pressing business challenges.
Justin’s extensive experience with closely held businesses and industry knowledge allows him to quickly identify risks and opportunities for almost any business enterprise. He has significant experience with multiple CARES Act programs, including the Paycheck Protection Program and the Employee Retention Tax Credit and he also has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions.
Competitive by nature, Justin appreciates being part of the winning team at RSM that provides best-in-class service to all customers. He is passionate about career development and thrives on seeing teammates grow and achieve their career goals. Outside of work, Justin’s hobbies include CrossFit, barbecue and boating.
