Jim Sink leads RSM US LLP’s health care consulting practice, delivering transformational solutions to health care’s most challenging issues and exciting opportunities.
Jim has over 32 years of experience in health care finance and over 24 years serving RSM in national, regional and practice-level leadership roles. Jim became a principal with RSM in 2004 but started his career as a Medicare auditor in 1991.
Jim has developed a keen understanding of hospital operations and the associated financial and regulatory challenges by serving as financial and regulatory analyst for a large national health system. He has worked closely with executive leadership, clinical operations and technology while supporting strategy, clinical operations reporting and financial performance management, and through many years of on-the-ground experience as a health care consultant serving hundreds of clients at both RSM and a predecessor Big Four firm.
