Dan Wheadon is a partner in RSM US LLP’s management consulting practice and leads the firm’s national industrials consulting efforts. He has over 20 years of experience working with clients across multiple industries to develop transformative solutions aimed at driving value throughout their businesses. He has a broad range of experience in helping organizations define best-practice business processes and developing technology solutions that drive top-line growth, enhance operational efficiencies and generate cost savings. In RSM’s consulting efforts in the industrials space, Dan is responsible for growth and the go-to-market approach. Industrials is the second largest industry practice at RSM, serving more than 5,000 clients across North America.  

Dan has a proven track record of assisting clients with strategic projects, delivering results that create organizational value. His career has spanned multiple industries, including life sciences and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and distribution, and technology, media and telecommunications.

Dan’s experience includes leading a global operational transformation effort for a leader in the aerospace industry. The company needed to drive operational improvements across five manufacturing facilities within North America. Dan led the effort to design and consolidate operations throughout those facilities, which ultimately resulted in significant value enhancement for the organization. He also managed a global merger integration effort for a leading telecommunications organization. The scope of that engagement included managing a multidisciplinary team and providing updates to key C-level executives, with the goal of driving financial, operational and technological improvements throughout the organization.
