Christi has 35 years of audit and business advisory experience, primarily specializing in the construction industry, serving general contractors, specialty subcontractors, real estate developers and homebuilders. She has extensive experience in financial budgeting, projections, contract dispute resolution, expert testimony and litigation support.
Christi previously led the audit practice in the firm’s Central region and served on the RSM US Board of Directors, where she served as chair of the Governance Committee for three years. She has held various leadership roles within RSM and served on numerous committees, including those related to innovation, risk oversight, quality control, development of audit methodology, merger integration and owner income, retirement and capital plan structuring.
Christi served as a board member and treasurer of the Construction Financial Management Association and the Association of Women Contractors, and is currently a member of the University of St. Thomas Accounting Advisory Board. She has been actively involved as a volunteer and board member of various nonprofit and civic organizations for more than 30 years. She was a recipient of the Twin Cities Finance & Commerce “Top Women in Finance,” and an honoree of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal “Women in Business” award. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
