About Jain

Amol Jain is a principal of tax services for RSM US LLP, with over 11 years of experience in state and local tax. His focus is state income/franchise taxes, serving as the firm’s Southeast region income and franchise leader for digital goods and services. 


Experience

Amol provide strategic multistate tax advice for clients across multiple industries, addressing state matters such as nexus issues, filing requirements, apportionment methodologies, tax planning, tax provisions, audit defense and voluntary disclosure agreements. 

He has deep experience in private equity, e-commerce, software, cybersecurity, technology-focused government contracting, online educational services, financial services and manufacturing companies. As a frequent industry speaker and author, Amol has contributed the following works:
