Aaron Brown serves as a senior director and relationship leader of the Professional Services+ practice at RSM US LLP.
Aaron brings more than two decades of experience in consulting, operations and executive leadership in professional services firms to his role as Professional Services+ experience leader. He applies his passion for business strategy and organizational development to deliver a holistic service experience and help maximize value for his clients.
Prior to joining RSM, Aaron held a variety of positions within professional services organizations, including management consultant, executive coach, marketing director and chief operating officer. Most recently, he served as principal and CEO of an RSM Professional Services+ client firm, where he helped lead their transformation from a local business consulting and CPA firm to a recognized market leader.
Aaron resides in Bellingham, Washington, with his wife and two children.
