Updated Guide to going public

Our Guide to going public recently was updated for current regulatory developments. The purpose of this publication is to provide answers to some of the basic questions asked by owners, executives and boards of directors in making the decision of whether an initial public offering (IPO) of common stock is a viable method of raising capital. It also gives an overview of the procedures and processes required for an IPO, including a timeline for the sequence of the events involved. Further, this guide provides some of the general business considerations for and against being a public company.
