The Great Lakes technology practice started in 1984. The practice grew in 2001 with the acquisition of the Chicago-based accounting and consulting firm of Friedman Eisenstein Raemer and Schwartz, LLP (FERS). ERP and CRM Team Leadership
Georgina Anderson, CPA and director, manages the Great Lakes region technology consulting practice. Georgina’s experience with a number of windows-based ERP systems along with her accounting experience allows her to assist clients to better leverage and manage their business through technology. She is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, overseeing staffing, scheduling and quality control.
Michelle Hebding is a manager of business development for Microsoft Dynamics® CRM, Microsoft Dynamics® ERP and NetSuite® with 10+ years experience assisting clients with the selection of business system and planning of implementations. This includes business process review, discovery and project management.
Susan Laux-Maede is a manager in our technology consulting practice based in Schaumburg, IL specializing in Microsoft Dynamics® GP. She brings over 20 years of experience implementing systems for a variety of clients including professional services, wholesale distribution, not-for-profit and health care. Susan often works with clients in system design and system optimization projects to analyze their business processes and help them find a solution that meets their requirements.
Steven Schramme is a manager with the technology consulting group out of our Schaumburg, IL office. Steven brings over 20 years of information technology experience as a project manager, architect and developer. His prior experience also includes directing and managing custom software development for financial institutions with an emphasis on workflow and integration.
Steven Pavell is a director that specializes in Sage's MAS 90/200 accounting systems. After joining the firm in 1983, Steve worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, construction and service. He has performed a wide variety of consulting projects, including financial modeling, cash management, business planning, acquisition due diligence and business valuations.
