If you do not receive the confirmation email:
- Ask your IT department to add our sending IP address (192.28.156.104) and domain (@rsmus.com) to your network white list.
- Check your Junk Email or Spam folder. If you find an RSM US LLP email in there, mark the message as “Not Junk,” “Not Spam” or select “add sender to safe sender list,” depending upon your system.
- Ensure that your email client is configured to allow image downloads from the internet. If you cannot see images (a blocked image appears as a red X placeholder), you may need to adjust the settings on your computer. Contact your IT department to resolve this issue.
