Event overview

Join us for the second webinar in our series designed to help community and local financial institutions accelerate their digital journey. We'll provide the tools and knowledge needed to successfully navigate the complexities of digital transformation. This session will use live demonstrations for the following use cases:

  • Customer acquisition: How does artificial intelligence provide an engaging experience for prospects? How can AI help them find out more about your institution and its offerings? See how to pre-populate applications based on the information already shared by the customer.
  • Customer service: How does AI facilitate the process of customer inquiry, service request, feedback and complaint for appropriate action? Get a detailed demo of a customer complaint use case guided by the use of generative AI.
  • AML automation: AI can automate anti-money laundering alert triaging, aid the investigation and help draft the suspicious activity report (SAR) for regulatory submission—see how.

With these use cases, we will provide examples of how community and local financial institutions can use AI through practical implementations that close the digital divide with their larger competitors.
