Rick Condon helps lead RSM’s sustainability assurance services practice. In that role, he works with enterprise leaders in strategy formation, collaborates with engagement teams on client service delivery, and oversees firm guidance, tools, training, and resource development; all in the areas of ESG and sustainability assurance. He is the firm’s representative on a number of external professional task forces focused on monitoring, and developing a response to, the rapidly evolving standards and regulations in sustainability reporting and assurance.

Rick previously served as the national professional practice leader. In that role he oversaw SEC compliance services, the technical industry audit team, the professional practice office (PPO) and audit incident response, all of which are within RSM’s national professional standards group (NPSG). Rick formerly served as the director of the Eastern region PPO. The PPO supports the firm's assurance practice and acts as a single point of contact between engagement teams and national, expert-level resources in dealing with complex accounting, auditing and risk management matters.

Before joining the NPSG, Rick provided audit, transaction assistance and risk advisory services for domestic and international clients in a wide array of industries including consumer goods, industrials, technology and financial services for over 25 years.
