Rhys Morgan is the national consulting leader for RSM Canada. He joined the firm in October 2019 as a partner and was appointed management consulting leader for RSM Canada in May 2020. He rose to national consulting leader in May 2021. Rhys is a highly skilled consulting professional who leverages more than two decades of experience, including management consulting and business advisory and has overseen strategic consulting and major transformational modernization initiatives. He has significant international experience working with clients across Europe and North America and is a senior advisor to C-suite executives across multiple organizations and industries. Rhys has primarily worked in the public sector, having worked closely with governments globally on digital experiences, including his recent involvement in program management of major government technology initiatives.

Before joining RSM Canada, Rhys owned a technology consulting company, which grew into a multimillion-dollar business with expert teams in multiple cities. RSM eventually acquired this company. Prior to being an entrepreneur, Rhys was the technology advisory lead partner at a Big Four firm, where he was responsible for consulting service growth, practice management, and ensuring a positive talent experience.

At RSM Canada, Rhys has supported the strategic direction and significant growth of practices across the consulting line of business. He has significant international experience working with clients across Europe and North America and as a senior advisor to C-suite executives across multiple organizations. He has also worked closely with governments globally on digital experience, including his recent involvement in program management of major government technology initiatives.

Rhys focuses on the growth and success of all RSM consulting services in the Canadian market and continues to add to the firm’s breadth and depth of services with a dedicated team of professionals to help clients navigate current business challenges and deliver global solutions.

In his spare time, Rhys is a devoted husband and father to two young independent girls. He spends a significant amount of his time supporting and fundraising for local charities focused on the wellbeing and support of disadvantaged children in our communities.
