Rhys has significant international technology experience working with clients across Europe and North America and is a senior advisor to C-suite executives across multiple organizations and geographies. He has worked closely with global entities across several industries to create compelling and impactful digital experiences.
Before joining RSM, Rhys owned a technology consulting company, which grew into a multimillion-dollar business that RSM eventually acquired. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Rhys was the technology advisory lead partner at a Big Four firm, where he was responsible for technology consulting service growth, practice management and ensuring a positive talent experience.
Rhys is a devoted husband and father to two young, independent girls. He spends a significant amount of time supporting and fundraising for local charities focused on the wellbeing and support of disadvantaged children in our communities.
