Nicole Knipp leads the global delivery practice, overseeing global initiatives and managing project coordination workstreams across engagements that vary in size, industry and international scope. These engagements often involve diverse structures, including private equity groups. She is responsible for driving the efficient and effective execution of global programs, leveraging the experience of RSM’s foreign teams. Additionally, Nicole is an active member of the U.S.-based Germany practice at RSM.

Nicole has a multicultural business perspective as a native of Germany, and she has lived in multiple countries throughout her career.

Prior to joining RSM in 2011, Nicole worked for three years as an accountant in the shared service center of a German automobile manufacturer in the U.S. Her focuses included month-end close processes and preparation of consolidated financial statements for their U.S. and Canadian groups. She was the liaison for the company’s external auditors and was involved in reporting changes after the merger with another German multinational automotive manufacturing corporation.
