Max Stanyard is an associate director in the research and development tax incentives team and a health care/life sciences senior analyst at RSM UK. With nearly 10 years of experience, he leads the R&D health care/life sciences team from a marketing and growth perspective. His educational background in pharmacology allows him to communicate effectively with technical staff within client organizations.
Max has significant R&D claims preparation experience, specializing in the life sciences sector. He works with companies at varying stages of maturity, from FTSE100 to startup. He facilitates the efficient preparation of optimized and robust R&D claims for life sciences companies through a deep understanding of the regime, as well as the areas of science in which these companies operate. His understanding of the challenges faced by the sector allows him to deliver solutions that meet the needs of his clients effectively.
In addition, as a member of the firm’s Industry Eminence Program, Max works alongside the firm’s chief economist and his fellow senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends affecting middle market businesses.
