With consulting experience across all facets of VAT/GST and in all major industry sectors (including technology, manufacturing, consumer business and life sciences), Kaatje has established strong client relationships with Fortune 500 and middle market companies. She has deep tax technical knowledge of worldwide indirect tax regimes and has a proven track record managing the indirect tax elements of global supply chain reorganizations, enterprise resource planning systems implementations and configurations (specifically NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics D365), and tax engine configurations. She leads her clients and her team through VAT automation project lifecycles, including process design, configuration, testing and user training. Kaatje joined RSM in 2017 to establish a U.S. global indirect tax presence for the firm and has been successful in building and leading a thriving practice.
