Jen Claud-White is a senior manager at RSM US LLP with nearly 10 years of experience in public accounting and a focus on employment tax advisory services.
Jen focuses exclusively on federal, state and local employment tax issues as they relate to clients’ transactions, payroll processes and employment tax posture. She serves large and middle market clients across a range of industries, including multistate, public and private companies.
Jen has broad experience with employment tax services, including assisting with tax system implementation projects, reviewing payroll and payroll tax processes, advising on compliance, analyzing and remediating complex IRS and state notices, performing due diligence on payroll practices and processes in merger and acquisition deals, preparing federal and state tax voluntary disclosure agreements, and assisting with payroll error remediation and process improvements.
Prior to joining RSM in 2020, Jen served as a senior employment tax consultant at a Big Four firm. Earlier in her career, she oversaw payroll and human resources projects for a federal government contractor that supported the intelligence community.
