Jamie has more than 23 years of experience. As the enterprise consulting strategy and execution leader, Jamie leads a team to help complex, global organizations manage risk and optimize value. She is dedicated to cultivating a dynamic culture that empowers her team to embody our brand promise —to instill confidence in a world of change.
Jamie has advised many organizations on business process improvement, focusing on aligning processes with technology, optimizing risk management, and driving efficiency and effectiveness for both public and private companies. Her primary responsibilities are to provide consulting services focusing on clients’ business and information technology needs, including strategy, risk management, cyber and data protection services.
An active leader within RSM, Jamie has served in numerous different leadership roles and on countless committees within RSM US LLP, as well as globally within RSM International. She also serves on RSM’s consulting executive leadership team. Jamie was named one of Consulting magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting for 2024, where she was recognized for excellence in leadership.
As a board member, Jamie served as the chair of the CEO committee before she was selected as the board chairperson. During her tenure on the board, she served on several committees, including those focused on finance, M&A, risk oversight and governance.
Jamie is married to her college sweetheart and has a teenage son who is a fanatic about playing soccer and dreams of being a soccer professional one day. She spends most of her weekends and spare time driving around the state and watching him play or watching professional or collegiate soccer on TV. She is an avid reader and former collegiate swimmer and runner.
