Frank Ji is the national China practice leader for RSM US LLP. He manages all China-related services for the firm.

Frank grew up in China, speaks fluent Chinese, and possesses a deep understanding of Chinese culture and business practices. With this background, he has helped many U.S. companies set up business operations in China, or assisted Chinese companies in conducting business in the United States. 

In addition, as an international tax partner, Frank offers a wealth of tax compliance and consulting knowledge and experience to our clients. Most recently, Frank has assisted many companies in generating global tax savings through global structuring, worldwide tax incentives and other special tax projects.   

Before joining RSM, Frank's professional skills have been focused on highly successful business advisory firms and top telecommunication companies.
