Brian has advised on both sell-side transactions, including full enterprise sales and carve-outs, and buy-side engagements, including platform acquisitions, add-on or tuck-in acquisitions and stock-for-stock merger transactions. Focusing on middle market companies, he has advised clients on transactions ranging in value from $5 million to $4 billion. His international experience includes inbound and outbound transactions involving China, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Turkey, India, Japan, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa and several multinational clients with significant international operations.
