Responsible for driving management consulting’s strategic direction, Bill encourages new and creative thinking among his team, ensuring the use of leading technologies and approaches to assist RSM’s clients in improving business performance and maximizing growth. Under Bill’s leadership, RSM’s national management consulting practice was named one of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms by Forbes in 2016.
In addition to serving as a leader in his field, Bill is driven to build community relationships. In 2019 he established a program with Junior Achievement with the support of the RSM US Foundation. Junior Achievement at RSM is now a national program involving 20 RSM markets across the country, with 17 board members and over 450 volunteers who have engaged with hundreds of students nationwide. Currently Bill serves as RSM’s national leader for Junior Achievement and has served on the board of directors at Junior Achievement USA since 2019.
Bill also frequently delivers keynote presentations to professional and industry groups about business strategy, leadership, digital transformation, outsourcing and risk management, and philanthropy. For his extraordinary contributions, he was named one of the nation’s Top 25 Consultants by Consulting magazine in 2011 and to the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list in 2008.
When Bill is not working or at home with his family, he can often be found skiing, snowmobiling, paddleboarding or hiking his beloved Blue Hills. He resides in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, with his wife, three children, and dog, Bode.
