Arlene Towarnicke is a principal in the valuation services practice within financial consulting at RSM US LLP. Her valuation projects scale from small to middle market companies to large Fortune 500 entities. With over 18 years of experience, Arlene has extensive skills in complex financial modeling and valuing clients' assets and liabilities.
Arlene has a passion for simplifying complex instruments and features for clients as well as reviewing and contributing to changes within the world of valuations and complex financial instruments, including staying informed of regulatory updates. She also leads RSM’s technical committee that focuses on identifying best practices and developing models for complex financial instruments. In developing and implementing quantitative models, she maximizes their relevance by addressing key parameters. Arlene enjoys helping clients through complex matters and transactions, allowing them to focus on their core duties.
A big sports fan, Arlene has played on various athletic teams, an experience that has shaped who she is today. She draws on that experience and RSM’s culture of teamwork to support clients in their transactions as they continue to grow, evolve and become more complex, helping them to understand how change affects their financials.
