Alicia Keener joined RSM US LLP in 2021 and is a Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain (D365 F&SC) director. 

In 2023, Alicia and her team won the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for a complex, international ERP (enterprise resource planning) project that is one of many successful projects that she has led over the past 15 years. With implementations across 14 countries, she has learned that the key to success is building long-term relationships and being a first-choice advisor by continuously adding value, mitigating risk and keeping the big picture in mind. 

In May of 2024, she was recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). She is active in the Microsoft community and has a following across 150+ countries as she shares free Microsoft D365 F&SC tips on social media.
