Making an impact in the communities where we live and work is one of RSM’s greatest triumphs. Through the Power of Love, our caring professionals go above and beyond to support children and families across the nation.
Power of Love is RSM’s annual stewardship campaign where each of our offices select a local youth-focused charity to support through fundraising and volunteering opportunities. Over 70 RSM offices across the US, Canada, India and El Salvador participate each year with efforts being amplified by the RSM US Foundation.
In addition to raising more than $42 million since inception, our people have volunteered more than 231,000 hours and donated more than $2 million through Dollars for Doers to charities that support the foundation’s mission to build tomorrow’s middle market leaders by enhancing educational outcomes and the quality of life for children and families. Each year the program supports more than 100 charities in the communities in which we live and work.

Impact stories
In 2023, we expanded the Power of Love to our El Salvador office where they committed to fundraising and volunteering in support of Glasswing International, a charity focused on addressing the root causes and consequences of violence and poverty through education and health programs that empower youth and communities. Hosting their first Power of Love volunteer event at a local school, 40 of our people spent their time painting murals, gardening and cleaning. The volunteer event generated a Dollars for Doers grant that amplified their volunteer efforts and their fundraising efforts were matched by the RSM US Foundation.
As a team in a developing nation, we can make a strong, positive impact on our local communities. I am beyond proud of what we’ve been able to raise so far. The Power of Love has been an amazing experience and our people are more engaged than ever. Our efforts have a direct impact on the youth in our communities and it means so much to have the RSM US Foundation support us. We look forward to participating in the Power of Love for many years to come.

In 2023, more than 7,000 RSM employees and their family members spent 30,700 hours volunteering at more than 100 events across the United States, Canada, India and El Salvador.
Employees and their families helped their communities by:
Assembling back-to-school backpacks and personal hygiene kits for children.
Creating pickleball courts at local Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Holding grocery drives for local food banks.
Participating in many other activities to help various communities where RSM has offices.
