Open to all RSM people, our VALOR employee network group engages its members to create a supportive environment for veterans, active/reserve military and their spouses within RSM and local communities.  VALOR supports veterans and military spouses transition to the civilian workforce through education, community outreach and building corporate partnerships.

VALOR provides resources for professional development, leadership and networking, while also supporting deployed employees and helping members leverage their skills for clients. The group organizes local, regional and national activities that enhance members’ careers.

RSM is dedicated to being a military-friendly organization, ensuring veterans and spouses receive the support they need to thrive in the civilian workforce.
