Open to all RSM people, our Pride employee network group (ENG) fosters a welcoming community for all its members, empowering individuals to thrive as their authentic selves through leadership development, professional growth opportunities, expanded networking and community engagement. Pride also educates across the firm to increase understanding of the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ people.

Pride members have access to executive leadership development, training and consultation, and professional networking opportunities that build welcoming work environments.
