The RSM Disease Management and Reporting Solution enables state and county government agencies to conduct the long-term surveillance and analytics required for statewide tracking and management of over 70 infectious and communicable diseases.

Quick access to quality data is critical for effective disease surveillance, control and prevention. The ability to accurately collect and analyze data in a timely fashion is key to making effective decisions regarding individual patient care and case management. Our RSM Disease Management and Reporting Solution for state and county government agencies is designed for use in connection with electronic health records (EHR), laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other data sources. 

Since the beginning, RSM has designed solutions for public entities serving individuals most in need of support. We continually collaborate with industry groups and stay abreast of emerging industry care philosophies to ensure optimal system design. In February 2014, Microsoft invited RSM to participate in a pilot project for the state of Kentucky to create a sexually transmitted disease management system. As the RSM team worked on the Kentucky project, we realized that our existing case management solution could provide a basis for a disease management system. Since then, we have evolved the system to cover all infectious disease data and address many other business functions for departments of public health.

RSM became a Microsoft partner in 1984 and is currently the third-largest U.S. reseller of Microsoft Dynamics products, having worked with Dynamics since version 1.0.
