DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Since 2014, RSM has supported employee network groups (ENGs) that provide opportunities for volunteerism, professional development, mentorship and networking for everyone at our firm. Our 11 national ENGs bring together people with diverse experiences and similar interests. Each offers unique ways for all employees to grow and learn, while they celebrate all walks of life, genders, interests and backgrounds.
For its members, each ENG serves as a sounding board and a resource for communication and advocacy. RSM leaders look to our ENGs for innovative insights to help enrich experiences for our clients and our people. The groups are open to all employees, with 40 percent, or over 3,775 individuals, now belonging to ENGs. The groups are open to all employees, and more than half of our workforce belongs to at least one ENG.

AACE nurtures an environment that supports RSM’s African American and Black professionals in their pursuit of professional excellence.

Family First serves as an active voice around shared family challenges and promoting an inclusive, respectful workplace.
Generations, also called GEN, provides enrichment through connections across all experience levels and lines of business.
One of the largest ENGs, ¡HOLA!, hosts networking activities, focuses on mentoring and helps its members excel.
Our InspirAsian network engages the ﬁrm’s Asian professionals in career development opportunities and cultural events
RSM's Interfaith supports members in their faith-related activities, business initiatives and community service.
Multicultural encourages different perspectives and experience and the understanding of various cultural contributions.
Pride supports LGBT+ employees, clients and allies through recruitment, retention and business activity alignment with LGBT+ organizations.
STAR advocates for women in the workplace with a focus on stewardship, teamwork, advancement and retention opportunities.
VALOR focuses on recruitment, community service, leadership development and business development of our military service members.
