In May 2021, Justin Culbertson was selected as senior analyst for RSM US LLP’s cutting-edge Industry Eminence Program, which positions senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries RSM serves. These senior analysts advise clients on conditions influencing middle market leaders. Justin specializes in industry trends related to life sciences services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Justin has over 10 years of experience serving publicly-traded and privately held companies through technical accounting and financial reporting services. He focuses on clinical research organizations and similar service organizations in the ever-evolving life sciences industry. Justin also has extensive experience advising clients in new standards implementation, external audit, internal audit, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, process design and improvement, and internal and external financial reporting.
Justin is passionate about facilitating an open channel of communication with executives and learning more about the challenges they face and how they overcome them, as well as discussing how to incorporate trends in an ever-changing business landscape.
In addition to providing exceptional client services, Justin has facilitated several internal and external continuing professional education courses across the United States. He is also a member of RSM’s life sciences national industry leadership team.
In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his three daughters. He also enjoys staying active and taking part in extreme sports, including whitewater kayaking.
