About Andy

Andy Bosman is a principal and senior advisor for RSM US LLP. He served as the firm’s chief marketing officer for 13 years, overseeing the firm’s marketing, communications, research and business development activities, including communications, marketing and growth strategy design and implementation, brand management, client relationship experiences, and marketing and sales integration and support.


Experience

Andy is passionate about the RSM’s impact and influence in the middle market. He leverages his background in data-driven strategy to support the firm’s growth across all functional areas. Andy is a results-oriented leader committed to delivering insights to the middle market to help clients win in the marketplace.

With over 25 years of marketing and communications experience, including 20 years in professional services marketing, Andy focuses on building the RSM brand and market position. His impact is felt throughout the firm and beyond for his ability to drive growth and help client-service teams provide business-specific insights through various channels, such as our proprietary middle market thought leadership platform. His passion for building integrated client-first, data-driven programs helps move the firm forward in a business built on people, trust and relationships. 

As an active mentor to RSM professionals, he believes recruiting people with diverse thoughts and unique perspectives allows RSM to achieve its mission of being a first-choice advisor to clients. 

Andy, a networker and people connector, loves the game of golf, which he learned as a child from his grandfather. Much like how he connects with clients and colleagues, Andy and his grandfather appreciated golf for the social aspect of the game and the opportunity to spend time together.
