RSM US Foundation Announces New Mission, Champions Youth Empowerment Across Communities

This shift reflects the Foundation’s commitment to community-based programming in education, hunger, housing and health.

The RSM US Foundation’s renewed focus builds on the firm’s legacy of stewardship and employee engagement, empowering RSM professionals to make a positive impact through local partnerships and programming. As part of this mission, the RSM US Foundation is renewing its commitment to Junior Achievement USA (JA USA) with a significant $1.35 million contribution. This investment reflects the firm’s deep commitment to fostering financial literacy and economic empowerment among the next generation. Through this collaboration, RSM will help enhance the JA Stock Market Challenge competition—an innovative program that simulates real-world investing scenarios and teaches students critical skills in budgeting, saving and strategic decision-making. By expanding access and improving the experience, RSM aims to inspire thousands of young people nationwide to build confidence in managing money, understand the dynamics of financial markets and prepare for future success in an increasingly complex economy.
