RSM Named by Forbes to America’s Best Large Employers List for 2025

2025 marks RSM’s third consecutive year on prestigious list

CHICAGO – (February 26, 2025) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – was recently ranked as one of Forbes’ America’s Best Large Employers.

Forbes has ranked America’s Best Employers for the past decade – tracking companies and organizations as they’ve navigated an era of lightning-speed technological innovation, economic and geopolitical instability, a global pandemic that prompted drastic changes in how and where business is done, and cultural and generational shifts.

The annual ranking, produced in partnership with market research firm Statista, is the result of a survey of employees at American companies. Organizations with more than 5,000 employees were considered large (the category into which RSM fell). Survey respondents were asked to rate their employers and indicate whether they would recommend them to others.

Responses were given by current employees, employees who had worked for their companies within the past two years, and individuals familiar with the companies through friends, family and/or peers in their industries. Greater weight was given to evaluations from current and former employees and to more recent data – to better identify companies that have been rated well consistently over time.

All survey responses were tallied to produce a score for each company, and the 1,199 organizations with the highest scores landed on the final lists – 498 companies on America’s Best Midsize Employers list for 2025, and 701 organizations on America’s Best Large Employers list for 2025.

RSM joins other prominent organizations on the list of Best Large Employers for 2025, including General Motors, Google, Nike, Thomson Reuters, Trader Joe’s and others.
