Awarded annually and now in its fifth year, the Handshake ETAs celebrate best-in-class employers that set a powerful example for engaging Gen Z talent early. According to Handshake, RSM’s approach to engaging and nurturing tech talent has set the firm apart in a highly competitive landscape.

Employers of all sizes across industries are eligible to win an ETA. To identify winners, Handshake follows a structured methodology that measures performance in four areas that deliver great outcomes for employers and early career jobseekers: brand resonance, engagement, event participation and relationships. RSM was an ETA recipient this year because the firm outperformed industry peers across these metrics, with Handshake noting that the firm excels “in engaging, hiring and developing technical talent.”
